Today I have appeared in front of you with three popular local recipes of Taro Stem. The people of Bangladesh are cooked Taro stem in different ways. But the cooking method of the hill region is a little different. The people of the hill region use oil rarely in cooking. Boiled and raw vegetables curry is more like eating. Today I harvest Taro Stem from home garden and cooked three types of Taro Stem recipes for dinner.. I have cooked in the style of the way our Tripura community usually cooks. In the 1st recipe I kept oil curry of Taro Stem. Aar/Ayer fish cooked with Taro Stem. In the 2nd recipe I cooked Taro Stem boiled curry with dried fish. In the 3rd recipe I did raw Taro Stem filling/ laksu. I'm very happy to share with you our diverse food.
