Hello again gamers 🫡 War Within is winding down and Mythic+ has honestly been a blast this expansion — but if you’ve tried to run keys lately, you’ve probably felt it too: LFG is quiet, and it can take forever just to get into a dungeon. Late-season Mythic+ always gets a bit cooked, but when you’re someone who actually enjoys pushing keys year-round, this time is not super fun 🫠 In this video I unpack why end-of-season Mythic+ participation drops so hard, and why that awkward post-KSL bracket can feel like a dead zone when you’re mainly pugging. I also talk through the bigger problems that keep people from pushing higher — the incentive gap between KSL and title range, and how repetition creeps in when dungeons start feeling identical week to week. Blizzard could realistically change some things to keep Mythic+ healthier across an entire season — better incentives for mid-high pushing, smarter dungeon rotation choices, and ways to keep things fresh without making keys feel annoying or inconsistent.
