We freeze dried that and turned it into powder. For the actual drink we mixed the following: 35 grams of milk/yogurt powder 1 Tbsp Strawberry Powder 2 tsp blueberry powder 2 tsp pineapple powder 1 tsp banana powder 1 tsp papaya powder 1 tsp dragon fruit powder (Zamorano) 1 tsp dragon fruit powder (Physical Graffiti) 4 tablespoons freeze dried honey or maple syrup (OPTIONAL) To rehydrate we added 1.5 cups of water to a blender then added the powders. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds. Refrigerate for 30 min - 1 hour for a slightly thicker and chilled smoothie. Visit the Sausage Maker for all your sausage making supplies.
