The delusional crooner dropped this straight into 1991 with a fade and a silk jacket. Nobody believed that he would lay it down. Until he started to sing. The session took place during fall of 91' in a studio in Harlem. They say old Blu walked into the booth with a gold medallion, a box of Marlboros, and Bobby Brown on the Mixtape. The result? Just a crazy white boy pushing, making the huzz go wild. The label didn’t know what to do with it. So they shelved it. Until now. ---- Based on the vocals of Frank Sinatra and arragnement by Kander & Ebb, reimagined through the lens of early 90s R&B and New Jack Swing from artists like Guy, and Bobby Brown. I rewrote some of the lyrics to make it fit with the style of the 1990's, while still keeping it authentic. Enjoy!
