Directed & Produced by: ARK Studios Media Group NEXT Ensemble and One Heart World-Wide - Transforming the concert experience together NEXT Ensemble is a non-profit organization devoted to transforming the concert experience. We do this by creating a comfortable, relaxed environment and performing in nontraditional venues. NEXT Ensemble believes all music is a valid expression of our shared humanity and this belief is reflected in the wide variety of our programming offerings. Acclaimed conductor and composer Leonard Bernstein said, “This shall be our reply to violence: to make music more intensely, more beautifully, more devotedly than ever before.” In this spirit of altruism, we donate a significant portion of all ticket sales to humanitarian nonprofit organizations. We make our home in Ogden, but NEXT Ensemble consists of expert musicians from around Utah. https://ssl.gstatic.com/ui/v1/icons/m... This season, our partner is One Heart World-Wide, who helps new mothers give birth in safe places around the world. We have dedicated a majority of our ticket sales from our concert series at Alleged to One Heart World-Wide, and this video was made to show that we can all work together with, “One Hand”, and “One Heart” for the sake of woman and children world - wide. Thank you One Heart World-Wide for being such an incredible partner in our first season! Many thanks go to Rob Landes not only for headlining this video, but also performing with us live several times this season. We are so happy to have Rob Landes as a part of NEXT Ensemble. Thanks also to Jared Allen and Alleged on Historic 25th street on Ogden, Utah; we could not have picked a more perfect place to have our concert series. Jared, and the whole staff at Alleged have been incredible partners, and we look forward to giving concerts there for many years. You can tell how great the venue is, as we recorded the sound for this video there. The video portion was recorded in the basement of the remarkable building owned by Utah Orthopaedics. Huge thanks goes to Dr.’s Dann Byck, Jeffery Rocco, and Kenna Larsen for providing a perfect space – and Dr. Larsen is also featured as a violinist in this video! The strings of NEXT Ensemble are: Violin 1; Elissa Krebs, Gabrielle Cox, and Loren Lunt. Violin 2: Kenna Larsen, Andrea Peterson, and Mark Watts. Viola: Helen Watts and Alissa Crowell. Cello: Ciera Rasmussen and Rachel Bigelo. Bass: Ryan Bell. The audio portion also had John Shin, and Sarah Arnesen.
