The incident that has claimed his life happened at 10 PM in Mataagi Village, Bukomero town council along Hoima- Kampala Highway when the car he was traveling in with his body guard attached to Hoima Central Police Station Peace Otim Bosco knocked a Fuso lorry. The bodies of the Chairman and his body guard were first taken to Kiboga Hospital mortuary and later brought to Hoima Regional Referral Hospital. Homa West City Division Member of Parliament Dr. Joseph Ruyonga who formerly worked with Kadir as a DHO, says he was according to the Vice Chairperson Hoima District Chiche his boss slated to attend some official engagements in Kampala on Saturday thus the decision to travel in the night. On receiving the disturbing news, relatives and friends to both Kadir and his body guard thronged the hospital to ascertain their statuses. Kikuube district chairperson Peter Banura says the region has lost an experienced leader.
