𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 2 pcs chicken breast, cut lengthwise 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ground pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tbsp butter 4 cloves garlic, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 1 cup shiitake mushrooms 1 tbsp all purpose flour 1/2 cup water (add as needed) 1 cup all purpose cream 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp dried thyme 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp chicken powder chopped spring onion 1. Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and ground pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the chicken and rub on both sides. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Set aside. 3. In the same pan, melt the butter. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the shiitake mushrooms and cook for a minute. 4. Add the flour and sauté for another minute. Pour in the water and bring to a simmer. 5. Stir in the all-purpose cream, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, and parmesan cheese. Mix well and simmer for 2 minutes. Add more water if the sauce gets too thick. 6. Season with chicken powder and any remaining spice mix from earlier. Add the cooked chicken and baste with the creamy sauce. 7.
