The National Corvette Museum, Corvette Assembly Line, and NCM Motor Sports Park is located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. We participated in the Corvette Driving Experience at the NCM Motor Sports Park, more specifically the C8 Touring Laps, and are so excited to show you all the footage. The National Corvette Museum is home to many historical vehicles and is full of rich history of the longest made sports car. We enjoyed seeing many beautifully preserved vehicles and seeing the renovated Skydome with the exhibit of where the ground collapsed into an underground cave. The NCM Motor Sports Park offers several packages to drivers, including the ability to drive the new C8 Corvette. While there are not many cars to choose from for the Touring Laps and/or Corvette Driving Experience due to the Tornado that damaged the facility and many vehicles, we enjoyed supporting the rebuilding of the facility and experiencing smaller crowds. We visited Kentucky over Memorial Day Week 2022 and visited the museum and driving experience on a less busy week day. If you are in Kentucky for the Derby, Mammoth Caves National Park, or for Bourbon tasting - Make sure you add these two activities to your agenda! Born in Kansas and raised in Orange County, CA — I somehow found my way back to the midwest because of my love for the people. I grew up in a family that definitely prefers vacations on the beach rather than camping so it is only fitting that I met the perfect man who loves to camp! (oh geez do I hate bugs). In my spare time, you will nine times out of ten find me with a camera in my hands or out somewhere exploring. I have a very difficult time sitting still unless there is food in front of me or a drink in my hand. I am always down for a spur of the moment adventure even though I am definitely guilty of being the detail-oriented planner for trips when planning them months out. I am so glad that you stumbled across Tyler’s and my travel blog and hope you find our travel stories insightful, enjoyable, and slightly humorous. From Tyler: Howdy! I’m surprised you are even reading my paragraph after reading Sam’s novel above. My name is Tyler and I was born in Indiana and lived most of my life in West “By God” Virginia before moving to Texas. I love taking my “Dairy Queen” Jeep out for cruises during sunset and will never turn down the opportunity to smoke someone in a corn hole game. I am an Eagle Scout and camped well over 365 days or 1 year of my 25 year life. In my spare time, I enjoy researching travel hacks, playing COD with the boys, and listening to Morgan Wallen and Fleetwood Mac on repeat. I’m looking forward to sharing my travel experiences and tips with you! Music - SoundStripe Codes UBMX8NV8W2BZTQ1I OGWVZUYPHGA0MFFC
