Jennifer Robinson, an attorney for WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, says charging him under the Espionage Act sets "an incredibly serious precedent" that threatens other outlets and journalists who publish materials the government doesn't like. She also says Assange is unlikely to be the last journalist targeted with the WWI-era law.
