Can you get high off of CBD? CBD is non-psychoactive. CBD can be extracted from the cannabis plant but it doesn't have the same ability to create a high or a state of euphoria like marijuana cannabis containing THC. CBD can also help you feel relaxed, less anxious, but you won't get high if you choose a CBD infused product like tinctures, edibles, as well as any other products in the CBD family so long as those products do not have THC. There have been cases where patients have mixed pharmaceuticals with CBD and have experienced a psychoactive feeling. There is a term called drug to drug interactions where a patient is taking a pharmaceutical and using a cannabis plant (2mg, 5mg, 10mg) it could intensify that pharmaceutical by two or three times greater than on its own.
