It's finally here, guys! The 30th anniversary of one of the most beloved Disney classics of all time: The Lion King. And what better way to celebrate than with a mashup of The Lion Sleeps Tonight. Okay, I know this song isn’t technically from the movie, but it was briefly featured in the film and some later productions in the franchise. The vocals you’ll hear in this video are the ones from the version of the song heard in the Timon and Pumbaa spinoff show, combined with the vocals and instrumentals of the Bob & Larry Sing the 70s version (hence the inclusion of Jimmy Gourd, Mr. Lunt, and Junior Asparagus).
