Urban Sketching Trip to the Toronto Islands

So the Wednesday Sketching group now meets Fridays. They're a group of sketchers who met through the Toronto chapter of the Urban Sketchers. A different spot is picked every week and this particular week Ward Island was chosen. It is part of the manmade islands right across from downtown Toronto, Canada and is the residential part of the islands. It's a great place to cool off and have a great view of the city. We didn't go very far from the ferry dock as we decided to camp here in the shade by the water but we could've gone and sketched some of the quirky houses on the island. Maybe next time.
