"So many years have passed The dew is still on the roses I left my childhood In a garden green" "數年流逝 朝露仍凝在玫瑰上 我將我的童年留在 綠園之中" 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　-------- 荒棄的庭園 The Neglected Garden ---------------------- お久しぶりです。皆さんお元気ですか？４７弦上物語のviviです。 今回はスタジオジブリ《借りぐらしのアリエッティ》ost: “荒れた庭”をやってみました。 この曲は知る人が少ないですが、私は大好きです！よく朝起きた時や散歩する時に聴いています。 そして、今回は私の小っちゃいハープ：アイリッシュハープの初登場です！ アイリッシュハープ、又はケルティックハープはアイルランドとスコットランド地方の伝統楽器、8世紀頃から存在していました。 クラシック音楽で使うコンサートハープと違って、ペダルがなくて、弦も少なくてテンションが違います。ユニックな音色があって、とても好きです。 今回のアレンジはちょっと少ない組み合わせ“ハープ+ギター+チェロ”をやってみました。 初めてのギターアレンジだから、いろいろ苦労しましたが、とても気に入りました。 皆さんはどう思いますか？ 素敵な夏を過ごしていますように。 ---------------------- Hello everyone, how are you doing? It has been a little while since my last video, and this time I brought you: “the neglected garden” from the beautiful movie The Secret World of Arrietty, made by Studio Ghibli. Although I love all the pieces from this movie (the perfect combination of harp x Ghibli!), but this piece is especially my favourite. I listen to it a lot, sometimes when waking myself in the morning or going out for a walk. This video is also the first time I played my little harp in this channel. Celtic harp, also known as Irish or lever harp, is a traditional instrument in the Ireland/Scotland Area. The history goes as far back as 8th Century in comparison to the pedal harp (used in Classical music) which is invented in the 20th century. It has no pedals, less strings, and different tension on the strings creating a very unique sound, which I love very much! In this arrangement I used the less common combination of harp, guitar, and cello. Although arranging for guitar first time caused me quite some trouble, the end result is totally worth it!
