We can't travel to Japan for the time being, so we drove up to Düsseldorf to explore Little Tokyo. On the immermannstraße you can find all sorts of Japanese businesses, like bookstores, ramen shops, bakeries, ... and supermarkets! So many supermarkets! You might have noticed I love experimenting with Japanese style cooking, so it was so interesting to finally find some ingredients I couldn't find in the Asian supermarkets where I live.
