Elsu is still S TIER with this Build! | Arena of Valor

Elsu is still super OP even on the newest Patch of AOV! He kind of fell off the radar of a lot of players due to Holy Thunder's AD ratio getting removed, thus Elsu is not able to make proper use of it anymore. This of course hurts his damage a lot, however if you are able to play Elsu well and hit a good amount of your snipes you will still be an absolute menace in Arena of Valor and you'll even be able to outperform the broken Yorn! This build seems like a troll build however I truly think it is the best Elsu build in AOV right now. Devil's Handshake will give you an insane amount of attackspeed, turning your autoattacks into a huge threat! The critchance of the item is not wasted either because it is converted into AD for Elsu.
