A stolen car (HYUNDAI AURA) related to case number 12/25 section 303(2) BNS of Bisrakh police station, a mobile phone of Oppo company (stolen), Rs 1000/-, a voter ID card were recovered from their possession, which the accused had stolen on 09.01.25 in the night near the toilet built on the expressway in sector 142 police station area after the plaintiff got down from the car and fled away. An illegal pistol of .32 bore and two live cartridges of .32 bore and an illegal knife were also recovered. Legal action is being taken against the above-mentioned arrested accused Hitesh and Deepanshu by registering FIR No. 05/25 under sections 303(2)/317(2) BNS and FIR No. 07/2025 under sections 317(2), BNS and 3/25 and 4/25 Arms Act at Police Station Sector 142. Method of committing crime The above accused Hitesh and Deepanshu along with their co-accused 1. Aditya son of Amarjeet 2. Rahul Kashyap son of Vijendra Kashyap 3. Kishan Kumar son of Satyabhan 4. Atul Kumar son of Kunwar Sain used to do recce in NCR and break the locks of cars and steal them and by becoming passengers themselves they used to mislead people and take passengers from bus stops, tempo stands etc. in Delhi NCR and nearby areas in their cabs and on the way they used to stop the vehicle on the pretext of drinking tea or urinating etc. and as soon as the passenger got down they used to steal the luggage and bags kept in the trunk and run away and later they used to sell the stolen goods and share the financial gain among themselves. Some members of the above gang used to drive taxis earlier, seeing the passengers along with their luggage and cash etc. out of greed they used to steal the passengers with the intention of meeting their expenses.
