Preserve eggs with no refrigeration. Also watch this video to learn how to determine if your eggs are good or bad. Learn how to use the mineral oil for storage and how to water glass your eggs for long term storage. Use Farm Fresh Eggs Only. Not Store-Bought Eggs. Keeping the bloom on, storing with pointy end down (if possible) in a sealed container in the back of the refrigerator is a great way to preserve eggs a good long time. They can last up to 6 months in your fridge if stored correctly. I don't recommend keeping them out on your counter for over 2 weeks, but people do, however the eggs will lose their freshness. Please do your own research. This video is based off of my own experience and my own research. These methods will be at your own risk. You can always use the technique at the end of the video to see how fresh your eggs are. I would recommend breaking egg into a glass before using if you are going to use them after long term storage.
