This is the most traditional Bengali style jilapi making process with using few ingredients like kolai er dal/ biulir dal and pinches of baking powder! We have used the nomally fermented urad dal for making this traditional Bengali sweet jilipi! And we need sugar, water and one small cardamom for making the syrup. That's all!!
