Welcome to The Foodie Foodie Club! This is a Cambodian Lemongrass Beef Skewer Recipe that I developed but still holds all the same traditional flavors. It is sure to wow anybody when they try it! The beauty of the skewers are that they’re simple to eat and packs a mean punch of flavor with each bite. The smoky, savory, slightly sweet flavors shine through with a hint of herbs and spice from the lemongrass, turmeric, and kaffir lime leaves, and I personally added chili to give it some slight heat. Cooking should be fun, so don’t be afraid to adjust any of the measurements because we all have different palates. Enjoy the process and enjoy barbecuing outside!
