Then killed business by classification of account as npa in-spite of payment of emi, killed equity and business and future of the entrepreneur. Borrowers clunter claim is pending.Then fraudulently sold property worth 30 crores in 7.5 crores hiding encumbrance, court ordered fir against bank officers. Now bank played fraud by invoking guarantee for which demand is set aside by drt, npa is set aside, also supressed drt order. Bank further played fraud in writ by misrepresentation that petitioner is in SC. Banks are taken as holy cows. Borrowers cannot be heard on fundamental rights, and fraud by banks. Hope the top guys will understand some day how banks, favourable laws, and sympathetic courts only encourage banks to exploit common people. Most entrepreneur have stopped borrowing from banks, affecting new projects, job gcrrations, banks profits. Economy is headed for a disaster only cus system discourages risk taking and does not support entrepreneurship.
