Dice the onion. Cut the ham slices in half. Spray a little oil in the pan without heating, and place a sheet of rice paper. Crack an egg on top of the rice paper. Spread the egg evenly with a spoon or fork. Then turn on the heat (low for gas stove; medium for induction). Sprinkle some chopped green onion and salt on the egg. Add the tomato or onion, place the ham, and finally sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Once the cheese melts, drizzle a little tomato sauce. When the egg is fully set, fold the wrap in half with a spatula, heat both sides briefly, and serve. 💡 Tips Wash the pan between each wrap to prevent residual heat from affecting the next one.
