We call our homestead Komorebi and are living a sustainable off grid life in the Canadian Wilderness. Our property is boat access only and this made the brick pizza oven a challenging DIY project. The pizza oven is made of fire brick, glass bottles, cob, sand, clay, straw, perlite, and milled wood cut using our chainsaw mill from tree on our property. It took us about 2 and a half months to fully complete, from September to November.
