As the founding chairman of the MSWA ( Maharashtra Societies Welfare Association ) he has been instrumental in helping and guiding thousands of societies in Maharashtra. He was a member of the committee constituted by the Government to Study and make the amendment to Maharashtra Ownership Flat Rules, 1964 to incorporate the amendments done in the Act.
