BETONBLOCK® - High-quality steel moulds For the best result, you need a flat surface. Our casting table with individually adjustable legs allows you to create a levelled surface anywhere. Put the two parts together and lock them with the included pins and the spie wedges. We offer a wide range of options to customize your blocks. Our clever divider plate for instance, allows you to make multiple smaller concrete blocks with just one standard mould. Another option is the 45 degrees divider plate for sloping a block. To easily add steps to your block you can use our staircase model divider. Also, we offer a cover plate that creates blocks with a flat top. In addition, we offer special sleeves that allow you to easily move the block with a forklift. Before pouring spray the inside of the mould with our special concrete release agent to ensure there is no adhesion between the hardened concrete and the framework. Then pore in the concrete. With our concrete vibrator you prevent air bubbles from forming during the casting process. Level out the concrete and brush away any residue. The concrete needs 12 to 24 hours to cure depending on the weather conditions before you can open the mould. When the concrete has cured, remove the pins and spie wedges, and open the mould with the key opener. Between 24 and 48 hours the block has cured enough to be lifted or moved. After casting, the block is still on its side. We offer multiple accessories that help you turn it quickly and safely. With our block clamp you can lift the block using a forklift. Put the block on our stationary Block Turner and turn it in the upright position. For more ease of use, our Rotator Clamp combines lifting capabilities with rotation, allowing you to quickly set aside the block for storage. When you add a spherical anchor during the casting process, you will be able to hoist the block without a clamp. The anchor remains in the block and the rubber and magnet can be reused.
