Cake Rusk Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Makhan (Butter) unsalted 100 gms (room temperature) -Cheeni (Sugar) powdered 1 Cup -Anday (Eggs) 3 -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup -Baking powder 1 tsp -Vanilla essence ¼ tsp -Yellow food color ¼ tsp (optional) Directions: -In bowl,add butter and sugar,whisk well until fluffy. -Add eggs,one by one and whisk well after each addition. -Place sifter,add all-purpose flour and baking powder,sift together & whisk until well combined. -Add vanilla essence,yellow food color and whisk well. -On baking tray (7 x 7” inch), place butter paper and grease sides with butter. -Pour batter into prepared pan and tap it for 2-3 times. -Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes. -After baking,allow it to cool for 20 minutes and then cut into slices. -On baking tray,place butter paper and arrange the slices on it. -Again bake at 180 C for 20 minutes,take out the tray and flip the slices to bake the other side. -Put the tray back into the oven and again bake at 180 C for 20 minutes. -Allow the cake rusk to cool completely. -Once cooled,the rusks will be crunchy & crispy and store them in airtight container. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Makhan (Butter) unsalted 100 gms (room temperature) -Cheeni (Sugar) powdered 1 Cup -Anday (Eggs) 3 -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup -Baking powder 1 tsp -Vanilla essence ¼ tsp -Yellow food color ¼ tsp (optional) Directions: -Bowl mein makhan aur cheeni dal ker fluffy hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Ek,ek ker ka anday shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk kertay rahein. -Sifter rakh dein,maida aur baking powder dal ker ek saath sift karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Vanilla essence aur yellow food color dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Baking tray (7 x 7” inch) per butter paper rakh dein aur sides per makhan laga lein. -Tayyar batter ko prepared pan mein dal ker 2-3 dafa tap ker lein. -Preheated oven mein 180 C per 30 minutes kliya bake ker lein. -Baking ka bad 20 minutes kliya thanda karein phir slices mein cut ker lein. -Baking tray per butter paper laga ker slices ko rakh dein. -Dubara 180 C per 20 minutes kliya bake karein aur tray ko bahir nikal ker slices ko dosri side sa bake kerna kliya plat dein. -Tray ko oven mein rakh dein aur 180 C per 20 minutes kliya dubara bake ker lein. -Cake rusk ko mukammal thanda ker lein. -Crunchy & crispy rusks ko airtight container mein store ker saktay han.
