Your Americana™ Order: Delivery and On-Site Handling Guide

At Americana™, we take great care to ensure that your wood arrives to you safe and sound. This video provides a step-by-step guide on what to expect when your Americana™ order arrives at your facility or job site, including how to safely unload and handle it. What’s Covered in This Video: Delivery & Unloading: Orders are securely packaged in OSB and strapped to pallets. Unload easily with a forklift (extensions recommended) or by hand with at least two people. Initial Setup: Inside each pack, you'll find a sheet with handling reminders and a QR code for our full installation guides. Acclimation & Storage: For the best results, store wood in a covered area with natural airflow to allow it to acclimate. Proper Stacking: Keep wood off the ground using pallets and place sticks between layers to facilitate equal airflow.
