I hope you enjoyed this video. The Ninja 500 is an upgrade over the Ninja 400 for sure, but if you already have the Ninja 400 I would advise NOT trying to move into a 500 - they are just too similar to warrant swapping one for the other - unless of course you are in love with your 400 and want something a bit sharper for styling. Aside from that, the Ninja 500 is just as good as the small displacement Ninjas have ever been, and makes for tough competition coming out of the beginner segment in the USA. There are competitive offerings out there from other OEMs but the Ninja will likely remain king of the class for now because of lack of substantial price increases and modern updates.
