#momos 🥟 Veg Momos (Simple Home Recipe) Ingredients For outer cover: Maida – 1 cup Salt – a pinch Water – as needed (to make soft dough) For stuffing Gobi (cabbage) – finely chopped Carrot – grated Capsicum – finely chopped Onion – finely chopped Lasoon (garlic) – 4–5 cloves, minced Ginger – small piece, finely chopped Maggi masala – 1 packet Haldi (turmeric) – a small pinch Red chilli powder – to taste Salt – little (Maggi masala already has salt) Oil – 1–2 teaspoons --- Step 1: Prepare Stuffing 1. Heat oil in a pan. 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté till light golden. 3. Add onion and cook till soft. 4. Add gobi, carrot, capsicum. 5. Cook on medium flame for 3–4 minutes (don’t overcook). 6. Add: Maggi masala,Haldi,Chilli powder,Salt (only if needed) 7. Mix well and turn off flame. 8. Let stuffing cool. Step 2: Prepare Dough 1. Take maida in a bowl. 2. Add a pinch of salt. 3. Add water slowly and knead into a soft dough. 4. Cover and rest for 20 minutes. --- Step 3: Make Momos 1. Take small balls from dough. 2. Roll into thin small circles. 3. Put 1 spoon stuffing in center. 4. Fold and shape momos (any style). 5. Seal edges properly. --- Step 4: Steam Momos 1. Grease a steamer plate lightly with oil. 2. Place momos without touching each other. 3. Steam for 10–12 minutes until outer layer looks shiny. --- ✅ Your Veg Momos Are Ready!
