33 Willys coup that was given to me for partial payment for doing body and paint work on a VW bug convertible. I drug it around the yard for 10 or 15 years, almost sold it twice for 400 dollars. The first guy didn't show up and the second one came and made me mad with one of his comments so I decided no one was going to get it. I needed some frame measurements, so a friend in Idaho called me that was doing one there, and because my car had four original body mounts on it I could get all the measurements then I could build my own frame. When I was about 12 I seen the original car run at the drag strip and it was one of my favorites ones on the strip at that time. I was able to go to the strip because my uncle owned the timing lights and he would take me out with him and I would help set them up and then he would turn me loose and I would sit in the stands until he called me over the loud speaker to meet him at the tower so we could go home. I was lucky enough to see the original car running down the track.
