Today, we tried out a Han River activity that even many Koreans don’t know about! To escape the scorching summer heat of around 35°C, we headed to Seoul. While most Koreans take their vacations in Busan, Jeju, or abroad these days, we went for a unique summer experience. Surprisingly, the water in the Han River was refreshingly cool, and there was plenty of breeze. Best of all, the evening skyline from the middle of the river was absolutely unforgettable. If you’ve never tried paddleboarding before, it costs around 50,000 KRW including a lesson. If you don’t need a lesson, it’s about 30,000 KRW per person, and you can freely enjoy the Han River for two hours.
