Larry is a middle-aged virgin who's mission is to sleep with a woman before midnight. He travels across the city from the store, to the Wedding Chapel, and the Casino, and a lot more places. But, there are death traps that's in store for Larry. Like flushing clogged up toilets, having sex without a condom, and even eating a whole bottle of pills! You've got to help him in quest to find love without being dumped, or dead! Being a remake, the plot is the same as in the 1987 original. A middle-aged man named Larry Laffer travels to Lost Wages to lose his virginity and find true love. The game uses a point-and-click interface like the one in the 1991 remake. It has six icons: Walk, Look, Take/Use, Talk, Smell/Lick, and Zipper. A "Smell/Lick" command has been added to the parser. Some puzzles, such as the Ken sent me puzzle, have had their solutions changed. Unlike the 1987 original and the 1991 remake, Larry is resurrected after he dies, so the player does not have to restart or load a saved game to continue playing. All dead-ends have been removed. Some of the meta in-jokes in the game make the game a remake, a prequel, and a sequel to the previous games in the series. See Timeline. The game was meant to be a start of a new series Leisure Suit Larry Reloaded, with Leisure Suit Reloaded 2 being the remake of the second game in the series. However due to issues with the company and controversies it was never made. Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don't Dry follows from Leisure Suit Larry Reloaded.
