This is by far the most interesting concept I have come across. Reason being it took me a very long time to decipher the information because every article I read talks about how good or bad the model is but does not give explanation how to use it. I tried various books, videos, research article, youtube and found that everyone is reiterating the same information. I then reached out to my online facilitator at AIB Dr Aaron Wijeratne who broke it down with using any academic nuances. He also provided examples which reinforced the learning. Finally, I had my “eureka” moment. Let’s dive in on how this model works.
