As requested, here is a new performance of the super beautiful cantabile from this amazing set of character pieces. This piece reminds of film music and so the dedication to Ennio Morricone is fitting. Morricone passed away last year. This piece was written in 2012. It reminded me of the movie "Grave of the fireflies", probably because I watched that movie recently again.
