We start by looking at typical conceptions of truth as correspondence or accordance, and then progresssively move to deeper, more foundational conceptions, involving language's capacity to disclose or reveal being and beings. We also examine various forms of untruth and their possibility, truth's intrinsic connection with freedom, truth as aletheia or un-covering, Dasein (human existence) as ek-stasis, the essential inextricability of truth and untruth, and finally philosophy and the question of truth.
