Welcome to Long Island, Bahamas, home to some of the most beautiful and secluded beaches in the Caribbean! In this video, I take you across the island—from the northern tip to the southern point—exploring its hidden gems, local favourites, and must-visit spots. Starting at Deadman’s Cay Airport, we stayed in Mangrove Bush Settlement and explored beaches like Morris Settlement and Poseidon’s Point. Poseidon's Point quickly became a highlight with its secluded coves and snorkelling spots. Tiny’s Hurricane Bar is also pretty awesome - and our favourite restaurant on the island. We also discovered Deal’s Beach—a stunning and easily accessible spot perfect for swimming, shade, and a peaceful sunset. Along the way, we enjoyed a local fish food truck and connected with the island’s friendly residents. Finally, we visited Gordon’s Beach at the southern tip, complete with beach chairs, washrooms, and breathtaking turquoise waters. Each beach offered something unique, from incredible views and calm waters to complete solitude. Whether you’re seeking adventure, relaxation, or a taste of island life, Long Island has it all.
