Future Skills Webinar: Training & Workplace Learning in the New Normal

The global pandemic has accelerated shifts brought about by Industry 4.0 to drastically change the nature of business and work, and the frequency with which our workforce needs to upskill and reskill to remain competitive. For many training providers and L&D practitioners, this means a quick departure from conventional, face-to-face approaches towards a complete digital transformation of content delivery, methods and practices. The Future Skills Series hopes to, through a succession of webinars, workshops and online events, enable an active discourse amongst training practitioners and educators alike—to highlight case studies, best practices and new online training solutions for the Malaysian trainers and education providers—in line with the future of work.
