ABC湯完成了！ 【Ingredients （食材）】 Corn （玉米） Onion （洋葱） Tomato （番茄） Potato (番薯） Carrots （蘿蔔） Tofu （豆腐） Jujubes (chinese dates) （紅棗） Goji berry （枸杞） 【Instructions 步驟】 1. Peel the skin off of carrots and potatoes, and chop them into big chunky sizes. 2. Using half an onion, chop it into blocks. 3. Chop one tomato into blocks. 4. Chop up the corn into 4 pieces. 5. Chop up tofu into thin blocks. 6. Heat up oil in a wok and pan-fry both sides of tofu till golden brown. 7. At the same time, prepare a pot, heat up some oil, and saute onions and tomatoes till their juices release. 8. After that, add in the potatoes and carrots and stir-fry for a bit. 9. Add in 4-5 pieces of Chinese red dates (jujubes) 10. Add in a handful of goji berries. 11. Pour in water to fill up the ingredients. Bring soup to boil and then let it simmer over low flame. 12. When tofu is golden brown, pour the pan-fried tofu into the soup and continue to let it simmer for at least 30 minutes. The longer the soup simmers, the better it will taste. 13. Finally, when you are ready to serve, season with salt and pepper, and you are done! 14. Enjoy a hearty and delicious vegetarian ABC soup with rice and other dishes. Yum.
