Today, there are more US Air Force pilots training to fly drones than manned aircraft. Entering combat on the eve of the War on Terror, the MQ-1 Predator was a new aircraft for a new age of irregular warfare. For the first time, operators could stalk and efficiently kill an enemy on the other side of the globe with no risk to American lives. In this video, Lt Cl Kristen Heiserman speaks with IWM's Dr. Hattie Hearn about her time as a MQ-1B Predator pilot.
