I M P O R T A N T ⚠️ If you don’t have a pressure cooker no problem, in a pot over medium high heat, fill it up half way with water, salt, onion, garlic and tomatoes once it comes to a boil add the meat and allow to come to boil again, once it comes to a boil remove the skum formed on top of pot, reduce heat to medium low add all spices, cover and allow to cook between 2-3 hours 😊 Ingredients: For the meat: 5 lbs beef I used a mix of Chuck tender roast, beef shank and country style ribs 1 onion 2 roma tomatoes 1 garlic head 4 bay leaves 2 tbsp apple cider vinagre 8 whole cloves 2 tsp oregano 2 tsp thyme 2 tsp crushed black pepper 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tbsp beef bouillon Salt I used 2 tbsp coarse For the adobo sauce: 7 New Mexico or guajillo Chile pods 2 pasilla/ancho chile pods 2 garlic cloves For the salsa: 1/2 diced onion 1/2 finely chopped cilantro 4 roma tomatoes Chile árbol I used 25 2 garlic cloves Salt I used 2 tsp 1 serving of love 💕 Want to see more of me and my family?
