A look at the Pro Depower bar setup for the Born-kite Nasa Star 2. I've attached the conversion kit to a spare bar and lines I already had. The pro depower setup divides the two power lines of the Nasa Star 2 into 4 lines, enabling the depower line to be pulled when letting out or releasing the bar. You can fly with the bar 'free' using the depower on the fly, or you can attach the bar to your chicken loop and use the depower function to completely depower the kite when needed (which is how I run it). A slightly unusual, but very effective way of managing the depower function on the Nasa Star 2. I have been running the standard three line/trapeze setup on the NS2's, but I think this setup is much, much better and really easy to use. In fact, I'd go as far as saying that this is the easiest, safest system of any of my kites which include Ozone Access/HQ Apex/Methods/Flows/Octane & Turbo bars.
