Sonam Raghuvanshi, other accused brought to district court in Shillong amid tight security

Sonam Raghuvanshi, one of the prime accused in the murder case of her husband Raja Raghuvanshi was brought to the district court moments ago. The police also brought the other key conspirators including Akash Rajput (19), Vishal Singh Chauhan (22), Raj Singh Kushwaha (21), and Anand Kurmi (23) amid strong security presence. Sonam, was brought to Shillong late on June 10. She was first flown from Patna to Kolkata, and then put on a flight to Guwahati at 9:20 PM. Upon arrival at the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati, she was escorted out through the cargo gate by Meghalaya Police and taken directly to Sadar Police Station in Shillong. Around 1:30 AM, she was taken to Ganesh Das Hospital for a routine medical examination.
