Chopped tenderstem broccoli and chopped carrot cooked in frying pan, removed from frying pan and then beef and pork mince added, cooked down and 2 cloves of grated garlic added. Once meat is browned then hoisin sauce added with other seasonings, a little water added followed by the broccoli and carrots and pasta, once coated in sauce well then serve in bowls. Logan did get a little burn, his skin is intact and it was dealt with quickly. His burn is tiny.
