⭐️ diy nintendo switch case instructions ⭐️ 1. measuring and cutting your fabric my fabric is folded in half to cut two identical pieces out. i freehanded this pattern and measured using my switch twice across and then an additional amount of fabric for the rounded flap and gave about an inch and a half of seam allowance. as reference my final pieces were 25in x 6.5in but feel free to customize; the puffier you want it the bigger the fabric needs to be. 2. assembly sew both pieces together, right sides together, leaving the bottom flat side open turn it inside out once done sewing decide if you want one or two layers of batting. in the video i show you my first prototype where i used 1 layer of batting. *the final version uses two layers of batting* and i folded it in half before cutting. use this piece to measure and cut out your batting 3. adding the batting and quilting insert the batting inside pin where you want the lines to be and sew across. *leave some room at the end to close the seam.* if you would like you can close the seam before quilting. 4. adding the velcro and final assembly pin and sew one side of the velcro to the piece, *not the flap side* turn sides together and sew flip inside out pin and sew other side of velcro trim off extra threads let me know if you have any questions in the comments 💜 music provided by Chillhop Music https://chillhop.ffm.to/creatorcred
