While Windows 11 is IMO pretty damn cool (although the new system requirements are pretty weird), for #SampleTopia, let's head back to the CD Sampler that I'm personally the most familiar with: Windows 98 Second Edition (the first PC I've remembered using has 98 SE). My Personal Tutor? Prepare to learn, presto! Logos for various Microsoft products that already used the Windows XP-esque style back in 1999? I'm not kidding, the font is basically the same. An ad showcasing Microsoft's failed attempt at making a "smart phone" (by that I mean a landline phone that connects to your PC via serial)? Dial me up! An ad for mice that's weirdly nostalgic to me? Roll me like a trackball. Or how about ads for the SideWinder series of game controllers? Control me up!
