Both these guitars have a swamp ash body with a flame maple top and an ebony fretboard. The SLS Elite features a maple/walnut/padauk neck while the Banshee Mach 7 features a roasted maple/purple heart neck. The Fishman Fluence Moderns and the Lundgren M7s are among the best metal pickups out there. The SLS Elite has the ceramic Modern in the bridge and the alnico Modern in the neck. I wanted to demonstrate how versatile both the Fishman and Lundgren pickups are. They are both high output and equally articulate! However, I would describe the Fishmans as being tighter, while the Lundgrens are more open and full. The rhythm guitars were double tracked and panned left and right. There was no post EQ, compression, etc on any of the guitars.
