Kwik Kundalini Yoga Kriya Set for the 4th chakra Anahata Centre of chest Heart Air element Touch sense Lungs, heart, upper torso, shoulders, arms, thymus Freedom Prosperity Integrety To love Unconditional love Forgiveness Sacrifice Surrender Acceptance Understanding Patience Kindness Compassion Love Oneness Connection Higher self, awareness and consciousness I have created the Kwik Kundalini Kriya seeies, the Short Hatha Yoga Set Series and the 3 minute Meditation Series for my students to use at home between classes and would like to share them with all because most of us find it hard to maintain an hour daily yoga practice and I believe a consistent 10 - 15 minutes a day yoga practice is more beneficial than just doing an hour once a week or doing nothing at all. Doing a little each day to supplement going to a weekly class or doing any other form of exercise, within weeks will create a more relaxed disposition, a fitter, healthier, more mobile, toned, supple and flexible body, increased energy levels, cleaer mind with more focus and improved sleep quality. This will all support, improve and maintain the quality of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health in general. I will share a set each day. The first series will take us through the 7 main chakras with Kundalini Yoga Kriyas (kriya means action and we use the word here to describe a sequence of movement, breath and meditation). The timings have been shortened so that a daily practice is easily attainable and sustainable. Join me in this daily yoga practice. But please bear in mind that as the sets are short, instruction, contraindication, correction, variation and modification will be very limited so some yoga experience is useful but the sets are simple and attainable for all levels including beginners. Please check with your healthcare practitioner if in any doubt whether you should be practicing these yoga sets as I am not present observing you, I cannot be responsible. The 7 main Chakras referred to in yoga are mediation points of focus along the spine. Each one is associated with the body parts ii is closest to and the characteristics associated to those body parts. Working with the chakras individually and then as a whole system will help build great health, happiness, harmony and balance and a feeling of wholeness and fulfilment.
