Authorities are seeking additional victims after uncovering a sexual assault case involving an unlicensed massage therapy business. Eduardo Gregorio MartinezMillan, 58, has been charged with sexual assault, open and gross lewdness, and operating a business without a license. Detectives reported that Martinez-Millan was running an unlicensed massage therapy business from his home off East Washington Avenue.
