This was the zoom recoding for my PhD defense for the School of Applied and Engineering Physics at Cornell University on 11/20/2020 2-3pm ET. I talked about Wide-Angle X-ray Scattering (WAXS) on structured RNAs, touching atomic structural modeling of the experimental data, machine learning methods, molecular dynamics simulations and finally, a novel algorithm that reveals 3D electron density distributions of RNA systems using just the experimental WAXS profile.
