New years day our grandkids requested a family day out in the Jeeps. Not what we planned, but it was a super great day. There is a short window in life when kids still want to have fun and hang out. Too often parents miss this small window in life; take every chance you get to spend time with family. No certain place, just a random drive. We started the day off by cutting through Richloam WMA just north of Green Swamp. After crossing 471 we stopped at the General Store and sat on the porch with our old school soda. Before another trail we had lunch at Coney Island drive through.
