Building a PicoGUS v1.2 - LBC Electronics Livestream - 2024 02 25

This video is a recording of my livestream from 2024 02 25 in which I build a PicoGUS v1.2. The boards are from OSH Park and the components are from Mouser. Soldering the TSSOP chips were nowhere near as difficult as the resistors. Overall the build wasn't too bad, but it's not for beginners. After the stream I cleaned the board, drilled out and attached the bracket, and replaced the Pi Pico with a Pico W that had arrived from Amazon during the stream. The final board can be seen here: https://i.imgur.com/kDZyc6h.jpg I configured the board by dropping the GUS firmware onto the Pico and installed it in my 486 in the slot previously occupied by a SB16 Pro. After installing the GUS software, setting up the environment, pgusinit.exe detected the card immediately.
